Scammers put your name on an email and send it from their own address β a new address every day, so blocking senders never keeps up. This blocks on the name instead.
Turn this on
If the email says it’s from…
Your name. One per line. Capitals, spaces and punctuation don’t matter β “dannykolke” and “Danny Kolke” both match.
but it was not sent from…
Every address that’s really yours. One per line β list them all, or your own mail gets caught. A bare domain (kolke.com) covers every address there.
then do this to it…
Never touched: your own addresses above, people in your Contacts, and notification services that legitimately use your name (Google Calendar, Docs, Dropbox and similar). Anything else caught by mistake, click “It’s fine” and it’s exempt for good.

Background Checking
βͺοΈ Off
Who-Mail checks your inbox and runs your rules every ~3 minutes, even when this app is closed.
π¬ Text alerts: On
Texts go to your number when someone youβve marked Notify Me emails you. Requires background checking on.
π¬ Text me if a scheduled send fails: On
Separate from the setting above β a scheduled message that never went out is worth a text even if youβve muted new-mail alerts.
